Rayhena Miah
Founder & Lead Psychotherapist
Rayhena founded FaithfullyUs on a simple belief: healing begins in spaces where people feel safe to come as they are.
For much of her own life, Rayhena felt that she needed to be someone different: better, further ahead, more put together. It took time to recognise that there was value in simply being where she was: growing, changing, learning, making mistakes and finding her way. This understanding now sits at the heart of her work. You do not need to have everything figured out to deserve a space where you can be yourself.
You shouldn’t have to pretend to be someone else to be accepted, understood, or supported. Therapy can be a space where you can bring your experiences, your struggles, your uncertainty, your shame, and the parts of yourself you may have felt you needed to hide. You can simply arrive as you are, and together, we can begin from there.
Rayhena has worked across the mental health field, supporting adults with a diverse range of mental health needs. Her experience includes supporting individuals experiencing psychosis, schizophrenia, personality disorder and a range of other mental health conditions. She began her work in the community before moving into talking therapy within the NHS, supporting individuals to navigate anxiety, burnout, loss and significant life changes. Through these experiences, she recognised the importance of accessible, professional support where people can feel seen and understood as whole human beings, rather than being defined by a diagnosis, a label, or a difficult chapter in their lives.
Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment and somatic approaches. But therapy doesn’t need to feel clinical or filled with jargon. Sessions are shaped around you: your experiences, your words, your pace and what feels manageable.
Rayhena reads every enquiry personally and will suggest the gentlest first step, usually a free 15-minute call to explore whether therapy feels like the right fit for you.
She is registered with the BACP and works with clients across the UK via secure video.
